Pet policy: Depending on the property, you may be allowed to have one medium sized pet, non-aggressive breed. $300 fully refundable pet deposit. Must have good references. 2. Requirements to rent: All applicants who are over 18 who will reside in the home will be screened. Credit, rental and criminal records are all researched. Past credit problems or bankruptcy is usually not a problem provided positive credit has been established. 3. Cost: Every applicant will be charged a $30 fee to have the application processed. 4. Our rent pricing: Hopefully, you will agree our prices for rent and deposits is less than the competition. This is intentional and done for a simply reason. We don't have or want vacant houses. We offer the finest, cleanest homes in town with the lowest price. Our tenants are happy because they get a great value and we don't have empty houses sitting around. 5. Duration of lease: All leases are for a minimum of one year. If the lease is renewed, the rent will not be increased. |
